SP INTERNATIONAL T-Global Technology TG-A2200 ultra soft thermal pad delivers medium-range performance with a thermal conductivity of 2.2W/mk. With one side sticky, product is highly conformable and can be supplied in either standard sheets or custom die-cut parts. The grey thermal interface material is formulated to wet most surfaced and provides low thermal impedance for the most demanding of applications. Product delivers a hardness factor of 15 Shore 00, and a dielectric breakdown voltage of 5kV/mm. Product is available in pad, sheet, die-cut pad formats, with a thickness of 0.5-2.0 mm.
